“I paid them in advance to work on my car. I found that paying a mechanic before hand will make them work faster and harder and move my vehicle to the front of the line. They made excuses as to why my vehicle was not being worked on. I noticed they give poor customer service unless you are a good old country boy. One of their employees even yelled at me. The damaged my car.” -
