“I was sent there, and the body work is really bad. He literally left parts sticking out and loose. There are about 6 places it is uneven and one part loose and sticking out. I would NOT recommend.” -

Doesn't Stand Behind His Work
“I had both front brake calipers replaced on my pickup truck. First one was July 7 and the second one on July 13. On July 23, I was driving and heard a terrible noise coming from the front end. In was in Louisville at the time so i limped into the first auto repair shop I could find. One of the bolts that hold the caliper in place had fallen out. Evidently, it had not been tightened when installed. On July 27, I went to talk to Charlie about the problem and the $100 repair bill I had to pay to get it fixed. First he said he couldn't do anything about it. After letting him know how upset I was, he finally offered me $20.00 I told him to shove it....\nI've been doing business with Charlie for 10 years. Sorry to say, I won't be back.”
