  “I have a Subaru Legacy, a common car around these parts. Booked an appointment for strut replacement Friday the 3rd. Never heard a word from them. Assuming they just are bad at call backs, I walk 4 miles to pick up a car they hadn't worked on. They claimed something had come up.
  
  Trying to be reasonable I make an arrangement to drop the car off the following Thursday, to have it worked on first thing Friday the 10th. No call all morning, call in around noon, they hadn't started on it. Get a call at 6pm, and they were asking to have it left over night. I really needed it fixed so I agreed to it.
  
  I get a call Saturday the 11th, and they've ordered the wrong parts.
  
  Called Monday the 20th? Wrong parts -again-.
  
  I call in once a day Tuesday and Wednesday, saying it should be done, should be done, etc. It's finally done, Thursday the 16th. That's right folks, 13 days, 3 bookings, for a standard strut replacement. No explanations, no courtesy discount for taking an absurdly large amount of my time.
  
  Moral of the story? Don't go to Andy's unless you have -a lot- of time on your hands to wait for it.”
