  “It's been a long time since I've used Wissers, mainly because of money but decided to go with them and get it done right the first time after years of going with cheaper places and going back 2 or 3 times. My only complaint at this time is that they have had my car for a week now. I was finally given a diagnosis of needing a new water pump on Thursday and that if all went well , I'd have my car back at the end of the day Friday. I'm not one to call and bug people because Idon't want them to feel rushed. I never heard anything Friday, and today, Saturday, they are closed. This means I either have to miss another day of work , or inconvenience someone to have me to work outside of Galesburg at 5:30 Monday morning. I knew going in they were short staffed, but a phone call before the end of the close on Friday would have been much appreciated.”
