If someone calls me with a break down it doesn’t matter what time of day or night I will respond to the break down and see if I can fix it there by hook up my diagnostic scan tool and run code on it and if it has fault codes on it it will tell me what part it is and if there’s no fault codes showing I will go straight into the main DTC and see if it has stored codes in it and if it does I’ll read through all of them and do a live data test and then run a report on everything I check and then I’ll tell the customer what they need and I’ll even take them to the part store to get the part then I will put the part on the vehicle and then I’ll delete all of the stored codes and pending and then they will pay me for my work
