  “Do not trust these people. I took a mower to them to have the recoil spring repaired. Four months later the spring failed.
  
  I took the mower back to them. The screw holding the friction plate into place had came loose. They said it was probably due to a warped crankshaft and the mower was no good. They agreed to scrap the mower for me.
  
  The next day, I go by their shop and my old mower is out front for sale.
  
  Did they lie to me about the quality of their work on the recoil spring?
  
  If not, are they going to lie about the warped crankshaft to whomever buys the mower?
  
  Either way, these people are obviously untrustworthy. Take your business and money elsewhere.”
